NEI will work with you to design a customized service pack for you to use throughout the year. Based on your company's needs, we'll determine an annual service budget and extended preferred pricing.
You have two ways to use this budget:
We can report your quarterly activity and, at the end of the third quarter we'll determine how close you are to using your budgeted time; If you exceed the number of hours budgeted, NEI can issue you a rebate check at the end of the year.
Our service pack is based on time and material work only and you must use 75% of the budgeted time to qualify for preferred pricing. Please contact us for a customized quote.
