Edison Middle School

The renovation and expansion of Edison Middle School was completed in three separate phases. The first consisted of an addition to the northside parking lot, expansion of the southside parking lot and a new 2,000-amp service. The second phase included a new 3,000-square-foot cafeteria and kitchen. In the final phase, the old kitchen and cafeteria were repurposed into additional classrooms and office space. Working closely with the engineers, Northern Electric overcame project obstacles such as limited access to install the new main service and plan electrical requirements for the new kitchen equipment.
