Northern Electric Completes Northeast Wisconsin Technical College – L. Orchard Housing LLC

Green Bay, WI – August 1, 2016 – Northern Electric, Inc. recently completed the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College- L. Orchard Housing LLC. Located within steps of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, the privately managed 50,000 square feet, 4-story student housing apartment community serves the students of NWTC and other surrounding schools. The 8 month project included the installation and furnishing of (32) 4-bedroom student apartments, (4) 1-bedroom student resident assistant apartments, (1) 1-bedroom manager apartment, plus (4) laundry rooms, study rooms, a fitness center, onsite restaurant and a plethora of other great amenities. Northern Electric, Inc. worked closely with the Prime General Contractor DeLeers Construction, Inc., and dozens of other subcontractors to complete the project on time.
